Area Manager Job Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate Field Recruiters in the assigned area.
Lead and support a team of 6–10 Recruiters - Monitor daily recruitment activities.
Build and maintain solid candidate and client relationships.
Handle Store visits and support recruitment activities across assigned locations.
Growth and career development opportunities - Experience candidates preferred - Experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, manpower management, or team handling is preferred.
Bike is mandatory* for field work.
Good communication and team management skills.
