Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns across target markets.
Manage outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and database-led campaigns.
Identify target accounts, industries, decision-makers, and new market opportunities.
Monitor lead funnel metrics including Leads/MQLs, SQLs, meetings, and conversions.
Work closely with Sales to ensure effective lead handover and follow-up.




Track campaign performance and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
Maintain CRM and lead-generation platform hygiene.
Support event-led campaigns, account-based marketing, and market research initiatives.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.

Preferred Skills:
MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnels.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Hands-on understanding of CRM, LinkedIn, email automation, and lead-generation tools.
Ability to work with targets and data-driven KPIs.
