Demonstrate strong design and technical proficiency using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and high-quality construction documentation with precision. ( if required )
Coordinate closely with Design Architect throughout both design and construction phases to ensure alignment with expectations.
Undertake regular and full-day in office visits to monitor progress, supervise execution, and ensure compliance with design specifications. ( weekly )
Ensure that all in office work is executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Exhibit robust visualization and conceptualization capabilities to develop innovative design solutions.




Demonstrate expertise in layout planning, color schemes, lighting design, and material selection. ( if required )
Possess sound Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and structural design coordination.
Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional architectural outcomes.
Required Co – Ordination with various consultants ( like Architect ,Landscape ,MEP ,RCC, Liasoning Architect ,MOEF and etc ) , vendors and Site Team.
Should be well verse with IGBC pre- Certification / Post -Certification and its documentation .
