Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Curriculum Development
Deliver high-quality instruction in core and specialized management subjects (e.g., Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Operations, or International Business).
Develop, review, and update course syllabi, lecture materials, and curriculum to reflect current industry trends and academic standards.
Employ cutting-edge pedagogical methods, including case studies, experiential learning, and digital learning tools.
Evaluate student performance fairly through examinations, projects, and assignments, providing constructive and timely feedback.
Research & Scholarly Activities
Conduct independent research and publish findings in peer-reviewed, high-impact academic journals (e.g., Scopus, ABDC, or Web of Science indexed).
Present research papers at national and international academic conferences.
Seek external funding and research grants from government bodies, corporate sponsors, or philanthropic organizations.
Collaborate with faculty members within and outside the institution on interdisciplinary research projects.
Student Mentorship & Advising




Serve as an academic advisor to undergraduate and postgraduate students, guiding them on career paths and academic progress.
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.
Support student-led management clubs, extracurricular activities, and career development workshops.
Institutional Service & Administration
Participate actively in departmental and university committees (e.g., accreditation processes, admissions, curriculum review).
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, and industry-guest lectures.
Contribute to building and maintaining robust relationships with industry partners for internships and placements.
Uphold the values, policies, and academic integrity of the institution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution is highly preferred/required.
A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, PGDM) with a consistently excellent academic record.
