About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented AI/ML Trainer who can deliver high-quality technical training and mentor learners in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a robust combination of industry experience, training expertise, and hands-on knowledge of contemporary AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
Conduct classroom, virtual, workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and technical training sessions.
Mentor learners through hands-on projects, assignments, hackathons, and career-readiness activities.
Develop training content including presentations, lab exercises, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning resources.
Build and demonstrate real-world AI/ML applications using industry best practices.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive technical feedback.
Keep training content updated with emerging AI technologies,



frameworks, and industry use cases.
Ensure solid learner engagement and effective training outcomes.

Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML.
Prior training/teaching experience is mandatory.
Relevant industry experience in AI/ML is mandatory.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom engagement skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a practical and learner-friendly manner.

Educational Qualification
MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Equivalent qualifications with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
