Job Title: Assistant Professor - Nutrition & Dietetics

Job Summary: The Assistant Professor in Nutrition & Dietetics will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, and providing academic support to students. The role involves developing curriculum, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community through service and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach and develop course materials for Nutrition & Dietetics programs
Conduct research in the field of nutrition and publish findings
Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters
Participate in departmental and university committees
Engage in community outreach and service activities

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field




Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the university level
Demonstrated research experience with publications
Robust commitment to student success and academic excellence
Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace

Skills:
Solid knowledge of nutrition and dietetics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Research and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficient in using educational technology and software
