Role & responsibilities
Manage Micro LAP business across multiple branches/locations.
Drive loan sourcing, disbursement, and portfolio growth.
Lead and manage Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and ROs.
Build and manage DSA/connector/channel networks.
Ensure achievement of monthly business and revenue targets.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and delinquency.
Develop market strategies for customer acquisition and business expansion.
Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines.
Track branch-wise performance and take corrective actions.
Robust experience in Micro LAP / Affordable LAP / Secured Business Loans preferred.
