The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Lead to build and drive our next generation of QA Automation and AI-driven testing.

You will own automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and explore how GenAI and AI Agents can transform software quality and testing.

What You'll Do
Own QA Automation strategy and framework architecture across UI, API, Backend & E2E.
Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium / Cypress.
Drive API, backend and database automation with strong SQL knowledge.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates.
Build AI-powered test automation using GenAI, LLMs and AI Agents for:
Test case & test data generation
Automation code generation
Intelligent test execution
Failure analysis & defect identification




Regression optimization
Reduce dependency on manual testing through an automation-first quality engineering approach.
Mentor engineers and establish robust automation/coding practices.

What We're Looking For
6+ years in QA Automation / SDET
Solid hands-on programming in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript.
Expertise in Playwright / Selenium / Cypress.
Solid API automation, SQL & backend testing experience.
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and automation architecture.
Exposure to GenAI, AI Automation, LLMs or Agentic AI is highly desirable.
Strong engineering mindset with the ability to design, build and lead, not just execute.
