Gather and document business and functional requirements
Analyze data trends, workflow processes
Assist in identifying gaps and system improvements
Support data collection, and reporting activities
Collaborate with teams (operations, product, tech, etc.)
Help create presentations, reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI
