Required Qualifications

Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 4–6 years of experience; or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
Certifications in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.

Technical Skills & Experience
4–6 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in the PEB, structural steel, or construction industry —

covering fabrication, erection, RCC, interior finishes, and MEP works.
Solid working knowledge of IS codes relevant to structural steel (IS 800, IS 7215), concrete (IS 456),

and general construction quality standards.
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), inspection and test plans (ITP), and non-

destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Proficiency in QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Prior experience handling multiple site locations simultaneously across different states in India.
Exposure to ISO 9001 certification processes and knowledge of local construction regulations (Bihar region experience is a plus).
