Role & responsibilities The Assistant Manager Regional Quality Assurance will support implementation of corporate quality standards across a cluster of manufacturing plants within an assigned region. The role will work closely with Plant Quality, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technical Services teams to ensure product consistency, process compliance, effective problem-solving, and continuous quality improvement across all assigned plants.

Regional Quality Systems & Compliance
Customer, Supplier & Current Product Quality
Quality Improvement & Performance Monitoring
Plant Support, Coordination & Capability Building
Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
