About The Role We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to help build and improve our AI-powered CRM platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Convert customer and business needs into user stories and requirements.
Work with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver features.
Support product discovery and roadmap planning.
Collaborate on AI-powered features and automation.
Gather customer feedback and identify product improvements.
Track product performance and user feedback.
Support product releases and documentation.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
Experience working with SaaS products.




Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or ClickUp.
Basic understanding of AI/GenAI, LLMs, and AI agents.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel, dashboards, or SQL.

Good to Have
Experience with CRM, B2B SaaS, or sales automation.
Knowledge of Real Estate / PropTech.
Understanding of APIs and integrations.
CSPO or PSPO certification.
