Solar Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission solar PV systems at customer locations.
Perform electrical wiring, connections, and system testing.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
Ensure proper functioning and safety of solar equipment.
Coordinate with the project and technical teams during installations.
Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Prepare basic service and installation reports.
Handle customer technical queries professionally.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.




1–2 years of experience in solar installation or electrical work preferred.
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer/project locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
