• Operations & Management: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure adherence to company policies. • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving shipments, restock shelves, and conduct regular physical inventory counts to prevent shortages. • Customer Service: Greet shoppers, answer product inquiries, handle special orders, and resolve customer complaints professionally. • Staff Support: Help train recent sales associates, delegate daily tasks, and guide team members to meet sales and productivity goals. • Administration: Process sales transactions, manage billing or point-of-sale (POS) systems, and prepare basic daily operational reports.
Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
