Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute on-ground marketing and lead-generation activities.
Build partnerships and referral networks with preschools, corporates, residential communities and other relevant organisations.
Identify and develop opportunities for school promotions within apartments and gated communities.
Plan and coordinate apartment activities, workshops, events, kiosks and community engagement programmes.
Develop corporate tie-ups and employee engagement prospects to generate admissions leads.
Build relationships with preschool owners, administrators, HR teams, community managers and other local partners.
Identify new catchment areas and outreach opportunities for the school.
Coordinate participation in exhibitions, school fairs and local events.
Maintain a database of partnerships, leads and outreach activities and follow up consistently.




Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to convert outreach activities into enquiries and campus visits.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in business development, field marketing, partnerships or sales.
Experience in schools, education, preschools, real estate or community marketing is preferred.
Robust networking, communication and relationship-building skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive local travel and field work.
Self-driven, presentable and target-oriented with robust ownership of results.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
