Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.




Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
