Looking for an experienced BIW Closures Engineer with solid expertise in CATIA V5 for automotive body closure design and development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and development of BIW closures such as doors, hood, tailgate, decklid, etc.
Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.
Perform GD&T;, DFM/DFA and engineering analysis.
Develop components considering fit, function, manufacturability and assembly requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturing, tooling, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Support design changes, issue resolution and engineering change management.
Ensure designs meet quality,
cost and project timelines.

Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and tooling
Eligibility
3–8 years of relevant experience in BIW Closures.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering preferred.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in CATIA V5.
