We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive current business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new leads.
Develop client relationships and handle negotiations.
Identify new projects and business prospects.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Achieve business and sales targets.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Construction/PEB/Steel industry experience preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
