QUALIFICATIONS:
ITI / Diploma in civil engineering or surveying equivalent to certificate
EXPERIENCE:
14 - 20 Years of relevant exposure preferably from Real Estate / Construction industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the preparation of land development plans and correspondence.
Expertise with Topographical Survey, demarcation of building, Plane table survey and theodolite Survey
Collects and analyzes field data; performs complex survey and engineering computations.
Checking verticality of the structure on a daily basis & give out accurate levels whenever required.
Use Distomat (Total Station) on a regular basis.
KEY SKILLS:
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Projects & AutoCAD.
Valuable communication skills.
