Role & Responsibilities
Make cold calls to current companies and HR departments.
Generate leads and new placement/recruitment requirements.
Identify companies’ manpower and hiring needs.
Introduce and explain our Recruitment & Placement Services.
Build relationships with recent corporate clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain daily calling and lead-generation records.
Technical & Professional Skills
Social Media Handling – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Canva – Basic designing and promotional content.
MS Word & PowerPoint – Document and presentation preparation.
Communication Skills – Positive verbal and written communication.
Content Writing – Basic ability to create professional posts, messages and promotional content.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & Internet.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
