Role & responsibilities:
Healthcare Ecosystem Integration: Lead the architectural design for secure data exchange and interoperability between our platform and major healthcare interfaces (using HL7, FHIR, or proprietary APIs).
Full-Stack Azure Infrastructure: Design and manage a robust workplace using Azure VMs, App Services, and Function Apps.
Serverless & Scalable Data: Architect contemporary, serverless workflows and manage Elastic Database pools to handle fluctuating healthcare payer workloads.
Cost Optimization: Implement rigorous Cloud Financial Management (FinOps) to monitor and reduce Azure consumption costs without compromising performance.
Cloud Security & Governance: Act as the guardian of our HIPAA/HITRUST compliance. Manage vulnerability assessments, identity (Entra ID), and "Zero Trust" networking.
DevOps & Automation:



Drive "Infrastructure as Code" (Terraform/Bicep) to ensure repeatable, audited deployments.

Preferred candidate profile:
Cloud Native Services: Expert-level knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for event-driven architectures.
Database Mastery: Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Elastic Pools and Cosmos DB for multi-tenant SaaS scaling.
Security First: Proven experience with Azure Security Center (Defender for Cloud), Key Vault, and Private Link to ensure data never touches the public internet.
Healthcare Standards: Familiarity with healthcare-specific integration patterns (claims processing, provider data, and perks configuration).
