The role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their training needs, arranging meetings and following up on business opportunities. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and articulate professional who can connect with senior specialists across organizations, understand their business context, and initiate meaningful conversations that lead to potential opportunities.

This role involves research-driven outreach, understanding company needs, and positioning relevant solutions, rather than just making calls.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact prospective corporate clients through calls, email and LinkedIn.




Connect with HR, L&D; and other relevant decision-makers.
Understand client training requirements and introduce relevant Vishya Learning services.
Schedule discovery calls, presentations and client meetings.
Follow up on leads, proposals and active opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements and support proposals.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings and pipeline activity.

Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline)
Strong English communication skills
Confidence to speak with senior specialists in organizations
Good listening and questioning ability
Curious and proactive mindset to understand businesses
Self-motivated and target-oriented
