We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive client acquisition, achieve revenue targets, and manage the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Demat & Trading accounts from Retail and HNI clients.
Drive business through cold calling, field marketing, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly brokerage and revenue targets.
Increase trading activity and cross-sell Equity, F&O;, Mutual Funds, and IPOs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure client retention.
Generate leads and improve lead conversion and active-client growth.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the branch sales team.
Develop business through sub-brokers, franchisees, agents, and other partners.
Ensure proper KYC, documentation,



and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on market trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Skills & Requirements
Solid sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Valuable knowledge of the stock market and financial products.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Excellent client relationship and team-management abilities.
Experience in stock broking, financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
