Career Uprise is hiring a Business Development Executive for a client in the education sector.

We are looking for energetic, confident and people-oriented professionals who are comfortable with field marketing, networking, lead generation and client interactions. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, networking, events, referrals and local outreach.
Meet prospective customers, working professionals, companies and community groups to create awareness and generate enquiries.
Build relationships with prospects and business partners and generate appointments/visits.
Follow up with leads and support the counselling and admissions conversion process.
Coordinate field marketing activities and support events and promotional initiatives.
Maintain accurate lead information and regularly update the CRM/tracker.
Work closely with the admissions and digital marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
Experienced candidates may also take ownership of field activities and coordinate junior team members.

Who Should Apply?
Graduate or Postgraduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales,



Field Marketing, Admissions, Education or a related area.
Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.
Confident, presentable and comfortable meeting new people.
Willing to work in a field-based, target-oriented role.
Solid follow-up, networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, energetic and willing to learn.
