Roles & Responsibilities
Create and modify 3D mechanical models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor.
Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing and engineering drawings.
Apply GD&T;, dimensions, fits and tolerances.
Prepare and maintain BOMs and engineering documentation.
Modify designs based on engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Work with engineering teams to resolve design and drawing issues.
Follow engineering standards, drawing procedures and quality requirements.
Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Autodesk Inventor.
Valuable knowledge of 3D modelling, assemblies and 2D drawings.
Valuable understanding of GD&T; and mechanical design fundamentals.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining/fabrication is an advantage.
AutoCAD/PDM/PLM knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Background
Experience in industrial machinery, power, aerospace, automotive, Oil & Gas or similar engineering industries will be an advantage.
