Financial Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
Advise management on financial decisions and investments.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Taxation & Compliance
Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and regulatory reports.
Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
Monitor compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws.
Audit Management
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Auditors.
Ensure timely completion of audits.
Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.
Treasury & Cash Management
Manage banking relationships and fund requirements.




Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and borrowing arrangements.
Negotiate with banks for loans, limits, and financial facilities.
Internal Controls & Risk Management
Establish and monitor financial controls and SOPs.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
Prevent fraud and ensure financial discipline across the organization.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare and present MIS reports to Directors and Management.
Analyze business performance and profitability.
Provide insights for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise Accounts, Finance, Payroll, and Taxation teams.
Train and mentor finance staff.
Ensure smooth functioning of the finance department.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
