Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Credit Manager to evaluate loan applications, assess customer creditworthiness, and ensure quality loan disbursement while minimizing credit risk. The ideal candidate should have experience in secured lending and a robust understanding of credit policies and field investigations.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and verify loan applications for secured loan products.
Conduct credit assessments, financial analysis, and risk evaluation.
Perform customer profile verification, residence/business verification, and document scrutiny.
Analyze banking transactions, income documents, and repayment capacity.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing.
Recommend loan approval, rejection,



or deviation based on credit findings.
Monitor portfolio quality and help control delinquency and fraud.
Maintain accurate credit files and prepare credit assessment reports.
Support branch teams in achieving business targets without compromising credit quality.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in Secured Loan underwriting/credit assessment is preferred.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Credit/Risk within an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Institution.
Experience in Secured Loans (LAP, Mortgage, MSME, Business Loan, etc.) is mandatory.

Required Skills
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
Understanding of secured lending and risk assessment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
