Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and hands-on experience in cafe or restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, guide, and coordinate the cafe team during shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Manage opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams for efficient operations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Handle billing and cash management when required.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Support staff training and ensure SOPs are followed.




Assist the Cafe Manager/Outlet Manager with daily reports and operational requirements.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
Previous supervisory or team-handling experience preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of F&B; service and cafe operations.
Ability to handle customers and resolve operational issues effectively.
Valuable organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
