Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end credit operations at the branch.
Review and evaluate loan applications and customer profiles.
Conduct credit appraisal and assess repayment capacity.
Verify customer documents and financial information.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and guidelines.
Identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth processing.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely corrective actions.
Conduct customer/field verification whenever required.
Manage and guide the branch credit team.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular MIS reports.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant experience in Credit / Secured Loans.
Robust knowledge of credit appraisal and loan documentation.
Valuable analytical and decision-making skills.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Experience: Relevant experience in Secured Loan / Credit is preferred.
