Provide hands-on L2 Application Operations leadership for telecom Billing Operations, with primary focus on bill run processing, invoice posting, call/CDR processing and discrepancy management across supported billing platforms.
Ensure reliable daily and bill-cycle operations through technical monitoring, incident restoration, SLA/KPI adherence, pre/post-bill validation, reconciliation, exception handling and proactive problem management.
Drive automation, observability, continual improvement and responsible AI/AIOps adoption to reduce manual effort, improve billing accuracy and accelerate detection and resolution of operational issues.
Requires years of Telecom IT, BSS or enterprise billing Application Operations experience with robust hands-on production-support responsibility.
