Job Title: Senior BIM Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Department: POD Design Studio

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure) and AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience in Precast Concrete Detailing, Prefabrication, and Modular Construction Projects.
Solid experience in Rebar Detailing, Reinforcement Modeling, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks for model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
Experience in developing LOD 300, LOD 350, and LOD 400 BIM models.
Ability to prepare Production Drawings, Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and As-Built Drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Support project teams in preparing coordination drawings and resolving design conflicts.




Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, precast manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in implementing BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and quality control procedures.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience:
Civil Engineering background.
Experience in UK, US, GCC, or international precast projects.
Exposure to Tekla Structures will be an added advantage.
Experience in modular, POD, or off-site construction projects preferred.
