Qualifications & Experience
MBA / MSW or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, clinic, or service operations.
Solid leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
Ability to manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Solid interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital/clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and coordinate staff, including doctors, nurses, therapists, front-office, and support teams.
Monitor patient appointments, admissions, follow-ups, and overall patient experience.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.




Track team performance, attendance, productivity, and operational targets.
Coordinate with doctors and department heads to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Monitor inventory, equipment, facility requirements, and vendor coordination.
Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support management in achieving revenue, service quality, and business growth objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
