BIM Engineer - PHE & HVAC

Role
Develop detailed BIM models for plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE (Public Health Engineering) & HVAC systems.
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate PHE/fire-fighting & HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of PHE/fire-fighting & HVAC models and associated documentation.
Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to PHE/fire-fighting elements.
Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to PHE/fire-fighting & HVAC systems.
Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.

Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in PHE/fire-fighting system modeling and detailing.
Solid understanding of plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE system design principles and codes.
Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the PHE/fire-fighting discipline.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 5 years of experience.
