Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily collection activities and targets.
Coordinate and guide collection executives/field teams.
Track team performance and prepare MIS reports.
Handle customer follow-ups and collection-related issues.
Analyze collection data and identify performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Support strategies to improve collection efficiency.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
