About Our Client Our client is a high-growth fintech startup, operating in a highly regulated environment.
Define and execute the organisation's information security strategy and long-term roadmap.
Lead Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk and Compliance programmes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI guidelines, and the DPDP Act.
Drive secure software development practices, DevSecOps adoption, vulnerability management, and security-by-design principles.
Establish and oversee incident response, threat monitoring, and security operations capabilities.
Strengthen cloud security controls, identity and access management frameworks, and third-party risk management practices.
Partner with executive leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise security risks.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing information security team.
Foster a solid security-first culture across the organisation through awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
The Successful
Applicant - 10+ years of experience in Information Security, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Solid expertise across Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS), Security Operations, IAM, DevSecOps, and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Proven experience developing and executing enterprise security strategies.
Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
Experience within fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments preferred.
