Role Description The Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in commercial interior projects, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The individual will engage with prospective clients, conduct meetings and presentations, understand project requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking opportunities,



preparing sales reports, and supporting contract negotiations to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
Candidates should possess business-focused skills, including market understanding and prospect identification.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including presentation and client interaction abilities.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Candidates with PMC experience preferred.
Experience in interior fit-out, corporate infrastructure, or related construction/interiors industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, travel for client meetings as needed, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, along with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
