– Civil Process Implementer Position: Process Implementer – Civil Construction Industry: Residential Construction Experience: 0– 1Years Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities - Implement and monitor standard processes across construction projects.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other departments to ensure process compliance.
Identify process gaps, delays, and operational issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain process documentation, checklists, reports, and records.
Conduct regular site/process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Track project activities and ensure timely completion as per defined procedures.
Support management in improving productivity, quality, and accountability.




Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and provide process updates to management.

Requirements - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Knowledge of residential construction processes and site activities.
Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
