Job Title: Business Manager (Branch Operations & Sales)

We are hiring a Business Manager to handle branch operations, admissions management, and business development activities. The role requires coordination with internal teams, managing daily operations, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing. Plan and execute strategies that grow admissions and revenue.
Admissions Management. Own the admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment.
Business Growth. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the center's reach.
Team Leadership. Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
Customer Relationship Management. Build lasting relationships with students and parents.
Budget Management.



Manage budgets and resources to meet targets efficiently.
Market Research. Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Reporting. Report on performance, admissions, and growth metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Solid communication and leadership skills
Basic understanding of sales or operations
