Position: Career Advisor
Employment: Full time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives
Experience: 1+ year preferred | Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
Responsibilities
Counsel candidates regarding career and job opportunities
Understand candidates’ skills, experience & career goals
Explain our recruitment and career services
Conduct candidate calls and regular follow-ups
Coordinate with our recruitment and placement team
Maintain candidate relationships and records
Work toward monthly counselling & conversion targets
Requirements
Excellent English,
Hindi & Gujarati communication skills
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and skilled communication
Experience in Career Counselling, Recruitment, HR, Sales or Business Development is preferred
Ability to work with targets
Basic understanding of IT/Non-IT career prospects
