About the Role

Elite Butlers is looking for a smart, well-presented and commercially driven Business Development & Growth Executive to drive growth across our current and future business verticals. This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, create partnerships and convert conversations into business across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business across Talent Acquisition, Training, Events and current & future business verticals.
Reach out to 30–40 targeted prospects daily through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and relevant platforms.
Build relationships with HNI/UHNI networks, family offices, corporates, hotels, luxury residences, developers, event companies and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads, meetings, proposals and revenue opportunities.
Reconnect with previous clients and identify repeat and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop collaborations, referral partnerships and strategic alliances.
Represent Elite Butlers at client meetings, networking opportunities and industry events.
Coordinate with CRM, Operations, Talent Acquisition,



Training and Events teams to convert opportunities.
Work with Marketing & Digital teams to strengthen social media, SEO, content, websites and brand visibility.
Identify PR, media and brand-positioning opportunities.
Maintain an active business pipeline and provide regular growth updates.

What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, Partnerships or Marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Smart, polished and confident in dealing with senior decision-makers.
Valuable understanding of LinkedIn, CRM, AI tools, SEO, SMM and digital platforms.
Self-driven and comfortable working with outreach, meeting and revenue targets.
Experience in luxury hospitality, recruitment, real estate, events, lifestyle, concierge or premium services preferred.
