About the Role

As a Business Development Intern, you will be at the front line of our growth, generating leads, starting conversations, and converting prospects into clients. This is a 6-month internship, with the chance to move into a full time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Set up and manage online sales funnels to generate and nurture leads.
Follow up consistently with prospects to keep the pipeline moving.
Convert leads into clients through effective communication and persuasion.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions, and report progress regularly.
Stay informed about the marketing agency landscape, competitors, and industry trends.





Who Can Apply:
MBA students or graduates (Marketing/Sales preferred), based in Pune
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and handling rejection
Understanding of the marketing agency space is a plus
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Confident, proactive, and self-driven, with a results-oriented mindset

Stipend of ₹20,000 per month performance-based incentives
