Individual is responsible for day-to-day Site Supervision of Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects
Work directly with Architects &
Clients based on Project needs
Project Scheduling &
Monitoring, report back to Management &
Client of Key Milestones
Ensuring All Projects are delivered within Budget / Time / Quality
Independent in-charge of One or more Project Sites
Derive Bill Of Materials (BOM) from Project BOQ
Ensuring project execution is in-line with drawings &
BOQ's
Raising Indents to Purchase Department & ensuring delivered material is to specifications
Support QS in Billing Activity
Complete Project Snag List &
Ensuring Project Closure in all aspects
Includes 30% of travel across Pan India.
Preferably Engineering background
Salary package offer will be based on Experience

Job Types: Full time, Contract

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
