Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil works.
Prepare BOQs for all type of civil works based on DSR/CPWD specifications
Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
Drawing & Technical Coordination
Billing & Quantity Verification

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 38 years of relevant experience in civil estimation, quantity surveying, tendering, and cost management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation/QS software will be an advantage.
