Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities, manage manpower, monitor work quality, and ensure timely execution as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
Manage and allocate work to labour and site workers.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management.
Monitor construction quality and ensure proper workmanship.
Check measurements and maintain daily site records and progress reports.
Monitor construction materials and coordinate material requirements.
Maintain labour attendance and productivity records.
Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager/Engineer.




Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping.
Ensure workers follow all required safety procedures and site guidelines.
Maintain photographs, measurements, DPRs, and other project documentation.

Requirements
2–6 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, building, or similar projects.
Valuable knowledge of site supervision and manpower handling.
Basic understanding of civil drawings, measurements, and quantity calculations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage labour and contractors at site.
Willingness to work in a field/site setting.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25000- 35000 per month, based on experience and skills
