We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at RED BEAN HOSPITALITY PVT. LTD. Responsible for managing all aspects of customer relationship management
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide personalized service to meet the unique needs of each client
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients

Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
Take ownership of customer accounts and ensure their overall success and profitability.
