Qualifications
Solid foundation in Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement, with experience analyzing and redesigning workflows.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and presenting process solutions to business and technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or similar modules), including configuration and process integration.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Transparent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise process documentation and training materials.
Understanding of enterprise automation, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven process optimization is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow certifications, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM) are advantageous.
