As a Business Recruiter at our Women Empowerment business project, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization. Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment needs within the Women Empowerment business project
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent to the organization
Source, screen,



and interview potential candidates for various positions within the project
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each role
Build and maintain a solid network of potential candidates through networking and outreach efforts
Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for current hires
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and networking events
Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
