We are looking for a highly independent Client Delivery Executive to manage our existing D2C, ecommerce and technology clients.

You will be responsible for taking requirements from client conversation to successful delivery .

What you'll do
Speak with clients, understand requirements and ask the right questions.
Convert business requirements into explicit tasks for the internal team.
Discuss requirements with developers/designers and estimate effort and timelines.
Identify scope vs. out-of-scope work and communicate commercials to clients.
Get client approvals and assign approved work to the team.
Track execution, manage priorities and ensure timely delivery.
Handle day-to-day client communication, feedback and minor escalations.
Maintain billable hours and inform the founder when invoices need to be raised.
Take ownership of closing requirements/projects without constant supervision.

What we're looking for




1–3 years of experience in client delivery, project management, ecommerce, digital agency or business operations.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable understanding of websites, Shopify, ecommerce and technology workflows is a bonus.
Ability to understand a problem, break it down and figure out how to get it done.
Commercially aware and comfortable handling scope and billing conversations.
Highly organised, proactive and independent .
Practical, resourceful and street-smart with clients and teams.

This is not a coordination-only role. We need someone who can think, decide, execute and take ownership — and comes to the founder with solutions rather than questions.

Shopify/D2C/ecommerce experience will be an advantage.
