Senior Recent Relic & AWS Cloud Operations Engineer (7+ Years) experience in AWS infrastructure, cloud operations, and observability.

Key Skills
Deep expertise in New Relic Dashboards, APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, NRQL, Alerts & Workflows
Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, ALB/ELB, and CloudWatch.
Expert in creating monitoring dashboards, alert policies, workflows, and infrastructure health monitoring solutions.
Experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support or Managed Services environments.

AI & Observability
Experience leveraging Current Relic AI capabilities for anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, incident correlation, root cause analysis, and operational insights
Drive AI-led observability initiatives to reduce alert noise, improve incident response, and lower MTTR.




Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI-powered monitoring insights.

Key Deliverables
Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions for AWS environments
Create executive, operational, and engineering dashboards
Configure alert policies, workflows, and infrastructure health monitoring
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and service reliability initiatives

Nice to Have
AWS Certification(s).
