We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide seamless support throughout the property-buying journey, from booking to possession.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales support.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the sales, legal, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates, payment schedules, and possession timelines.
Monitor payment follow-ups, documentation, agreements, and registration processes.
Conduct customer feedback surveys and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer databases, CRM systems, and generate regular MIS reports.
Coordinate site visits,



possession handovers, and customer meetings.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
